Times Square

    Times Square is located at Midtown of Manhattan in the crossroads of Broadway Street.It strectches till 47th Street.The Times Square is one of the most visited tourist spot of Tourism which has always kept an impression to visit again.

    In overall to the end of the year is more than 130 million people are visiting the place.In 19th century it was known to be an commercial place.After 20th century the time changed and new theaters were made on the 42 street. The street also has attraction of Madame Tussads Wax Museum and Ripley's believe it or not.

    The inaugration times square was done at 1 pm with fireworks and display which is going till today.The first new year eve of the place was done on 1907. Today times square remains busy with tourists like a magnet.Times Square was not having much traffic but now it is re-developed in the pedestrian square with car free plaza.The transformation was started by 2012 which expected to be complete by 2016.

   Most people visit times square because of Broadway street which has shows like Mama Mia,The Phantom Opera,The lion king and etc.Apart from this it has Disney store products and large showroom of Toys "R" Us.Mtv's headquaters is located at Times Square and abc morning america is been shooted in front of live audience from 44 broadway street.

C N Tower

• The C N Tower stands for Canadian National Tower was designed by John Andrews,Webb Zerafa and Menkes Housdon.It was inaugrated by 01 October,1976 and costed around 6,30,00,000 CAD
• The height of the tower is 553 meters.Total floors in the tower are 147.There are total 11 elevators and designed by otis which has a capacity of 1814 kilogram
• It took around 3 years and 4 months to complete the construction of the tower
• The C N Tower is owned by canada lands company.It has an observation deck,telecommunications,attractions and restaurant.
• Till date it stands at the world's 3rd tallest tower and in 1995 C N tower was declared as modern seven wonders of the world
• The number of steps in the tower are more than 1700 and steel used in tower is approx 5000 tons 
• The tower has the broadcastging system of fm,am and dab Radio stations and  also wireless service provider in the tower
• The tower has a glass floor in which creates a thrill of standing on it as you can see the ground from the glass of the tower
• There is also a revolving restaurant in the tower at a height of 351 meters
• Once upon a time it was in world's tallest tower which was recorded on 1947 and it stayed tallest in the world till 2010
• Later Burj Khalifa in Dubai took over the world record which is 838 m which comes to 2000 feet

Statue of Liberty

          Staute of Liberty is an icon america situated on Liberty island in New York harbour in Manhattan designed by Gustave Effiel, a french architect and civil engineer who also created by Effiel Tower.It is a gift been given by france to america.The cost of creating the statue is 50,000 USD.

         The Staute figures a female, represents the female goddess libertas which means  freedom in different languages who has a torch in her right hand and law of tablet in her left hand.The height of the staute is 93 meters.There is also a replica designed at 30 feet in the Las Vegas Strip.

       In 2009 the liberty had the highest visitors around 3.2 million.Today the Staute is known to be the Unesco World heritage Site.In september 26,1972 president visits the staute to inaugrate to the world.

   To reach the liberty island there is a ferry line named circle ferry will drive to liberty island.The ferry service was started by 1953 in June and another ferry has also taken place by 2007 named staute cruises.
 
    The ferry departs from Battery Park in Manhantten to Liberty Island.The ferry accomodates 240 passengers at a time.The ferry passengers has to scan there luggage before they get into the ferry.
The ferry takes around 30 to 35 minutes to reach the island.

Mahe Island

Seychelles is located at the indian Ocean in the World Map near africa.It has an area 455 square kilometers.Totl 115 island were merged together in the indian ocean known for its coral reef,beaches,diving,nature reserve and rare wildlife.Seychelles could be visited anytime round the year.Travellers need to go to other islands connected to the seychelles to enjoy activities.International Airport of the island is located at Mahe island.

Victoria is the capital city and has a very small city african standard market covered with bustling colorful places.It has frsh fruits,vegetable,local spices,herbs,souvenir shops  and etc to offer tourist.The best time to visit is in the morning as fisherman comes with an variety of seafood.

Seychelles has a botanical garden which is famous for its coco de mer palm lining in the valley.The park also has a giant tortoises which has a name called flora and a patch of rainforest with a bats and cafeeria.In victoria focal point is the clock tower located in the city centre which is the replica of London clock tower.It was created in 1903 when seychelles are said to be a crown colony.

There is a cathedral in Victoria which is designed with the concept of immaculation for the first lady Seychelles bishop Felix Paul who passed away on 21st November 2001 who buried under the cathedral tomb built in the flooring.There is also an hindu temple in the city Arul Mihu Navasakthi Vinyagar Temple built in 1992 at Mahe island with hindu god of safety and prosperity.

There is a also Mosque called Sheikh Mohamed bin khalifa inaugrated by the President UAE Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al Nahyan  mosque in seychelles in the presence of jean-Paul  Adam who is Foreign minister of the island.

The best Nightlife in seychelles is at Eden island which is Boardwalk chill out bars,Restaurants and etc.There is a Pirate Arms located at Victoria which offers good amount drinks to keep yourself lively.Other than this there is also a bar called Level Three Bar which has a cool atmosphere offer and karaoke on every friday evening.

MERLION IS THE ICON OF SINGAPORE

                        Merlion  is icon of Singapore made with a head of a lion and body of a fish.Merlion was designed in 1964 for Singapore tourism board(STB). There are total seven merlion stautes built and approved in Singapore.Merlion park created as seawater from its mouth.

                  It was inaugurated by the president of Singapore Mr.Lee Kuan Yew on 15^th September 1972.It  is designed by fraser burner he is a british ichthyologist.The height of the merlion is 8.6 meters and weight is 70 tonnes and cost of merlion is 1,65,000$.

                Merlion is placed in a beautifully maintained area the renowned place is Singapore river.The viewing deck at the park which can accommodate 200 people at a time. The design of the body is made by cement and skin used is porcelain plate.The merlion staute faces east which brings prosperity as per the guideline of feng sui.

             The meaning of the name MERLION is mer means body and lion is the animal.A celebration was been done on the 40^th anniversary of the merlion at merlion park bursting crackers.Merlion has also been part of an exhibition exhibited by Japanese artist nishi at Singapore biennale in 2011.This exhibition was kept at merlion park itself which had around 70,000 outdoor visitors and became more popular in front of the visitors.

In the evening there are two shows which takes place,one of them is belly dancing show and another is tanoora show.Watch the belly dancer performing her show around the campfire and tanoora show which creates a deep impact on our mind and keeps us staring till the end.Both the show do allow to take pictures and shoot videos.The camp has Arabic,vegetarian and non vegetarian meal which organized by the camp itself.Late evening you leave the camp and move to back to our origins.It needs 5 to 6 hours in desert to create memories.
